Ashley van der Lande 
Attorney

Ashley draws from her experience with land use, local government and environmental law to provide excellent counsel to clients seeking land entitlements, including but not limited to rezonings, variances, and special use permits. She understands the perspective of various stakeholders in these matters and uses that awareness to successfully navigate the regulatory framework to obtain positive results for her clients.

Ashley was formerly an attorney for the City of Atlanta, where she handled real estate, zoning and land use matters for several departments, including the Department of City Planning, the Department of Watershed Management, and the City’s Department of Transportation. She also served as legal counsel to the Atlanta Zoning Review Board and Board of Zoning Adjustment during this time, as well as to the Atlanta City Council’s Zoning Committee.

Prior to her work in the government sector, Ashley represented clients in environmental, land use, and real estate litigation matters.
