Julie Sellers has been practicing zoning and land use law and litigation for nearly 20 years. She provides a familiar and persuasive voice at all levels of regulatory and governing bodies to advocate zoning and land use positions of property owners, builders and developers in Georgia. Her extensive litigation and appellate experience help advance her clients’ goals through local government at public hearings and during court proceedings. Julie understands how governments function and leverages her planning and legal knowledge, relationships, and communication skills to help her clients attain approval of land use and permit related applications.
Her appellate experience includes oral arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Georgia Court of Appeals and Florida Third District Court of Appeals.
