
With more than five decades of experience, Doug Dillard is one of Georgia’s most accomplished zoning and land use attorneys and has been instrumental in shaping legislation and legal precedents that govern land use direction. Many of today’s landmark zoning cases decided by the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals were successfully litigated by Doug.
During his career, Doug worked with a variety of clients who created today’s Atlanta area skyline. An active member of the community and local politics from an early age, Doug prides himself on building lasting relationships and connections with clients and industry colleagues. He provides strategic consulting for the firm and continues to support growth in the metro-Atlanta area.

Spare Time
As a former football player, Doug enjoys watching football and baseball, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. As a self-described frustrated farmer, he takes pride in the time he invested selling organic produce to area restaurants and at farmers markets.
