Julie shifted her focus to land use matters and has developed relationships across the region with elected officials, planning department staff, and other stakeholders, which allows her to provide well-informed advice to her clients.
As a problem solver, Julie has successfully navigated the zoning process to obtain land use approvals for multi-million square foot industrial users, large mixed-use developments, residential communities for developers and business owners.
She leverages her extensive knowledge and solid relationships to help clients efficiently obtain approvals for businesses, ranging from industrial quarries and data centers to distribution facilities and residential developments.
